Grande vencedor da noite, o rapper Drake levou para casa nada menos que quatro prêmios BET Hip-Hop Awards. Além do prêmio de MVP do Ano, o canadense ganhou também a categoria Melhor Verso, em “My Way Remix”, Melhor Colaboração e Favorita do Pública, essas duas com a música “Blessings”, que dividiu os vocais com Big Sean e Kanye West.

Logo depois de Drake, Kendrick Lamar saiu com três prêmios: Melhor Video de Hip-Hop, Compositor do Ano e Faixa de Impacto, todos com a canção “Alright”. Big Sean, Kanye West, Future, J. Cole, Benny Boom, DJ Mustard, Dr. Dre, DeJ Loaf e Fetty Wap também ficaram entre os vencedores. Confira abaixo a lista completa:
